After completing her bachelor of science degree in business, with honors, at University of Florida in Gainesville, Ms. Gordon graduated from the University of Western Michigan Cooley College of Law, cum laude, and was admitted to practice law in Florida. 

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Gordon was the senior paralegal at an elder law firm in Tampa, Florida. She worked and interned there for 5 years learning the ins and outs of elder law while attending law school.
